Comprehensive Certification
A full 450-hour teacher training pathway — for instructors who wish to develop a deep understanding of movement, advanced programming skills, and the ability to work with a wide range of clients across all major Pilates apparatus.
The Comprehensive Program is the most complete pathway offered by D-Lates Academy of Movement®. It is designed for instructors who wish to work with everyone from general fitness populations to post-rehabilitation and specialized clients. Graduates are qualified to teach on all major Pilates apparatus in both private and group settings, including working alongside healthcare professionals.
The program totals 450 hours of education, meeting the NPCP (National Pilates Certification Program) minimum requirement of 450 hours for comprehensive Pilates education. It is structured as 300 hours of core curriculum plus 150 hours of enhanced learning woven throughout the program.

Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and Anatomy & Biomechanics are shared with the Level 1 foundation; the remaining components are unique to the Comprehensive pathway.

Comprehensive Certification
Students achieve a D-Lates Academy of Movement® Comprehensive Pilates Instructor Certification and are qualified to teach on all major Pilates apparatus in both private and group settings, including alongside healthcare professionals and post-rehabilitation populations.
