Bridging Program
For certified Mat & Reformer Pilates instructors from any training background who wish to work toward a Full Comprehensive Certification — without repeating an entire Level 1 program.
This pathway was designed to acknowledge and respect the years of education, certifications, financial investment, and real teaching experience many instructors already bring into the industry. The bridging process includes a review of previous certifications and teaching experience to determine which portions of the D-Lates curriculum may need to be audited prior to examination.

Mandatory component
The Anatomy & Biomechanics portion of our Level 1 program is mandatory for all bridging instructors and is included within the bridging pathway.
Open apparatus trainings
We welcome certified Mat & Reformer instructors from all Pilates schools and modalities to attend our apparatus trainings. A D-Lates Level 1 Certification is not required to participate. All participants receive documentation confirming completed in-class training hours.

Bridging fees
Level 1 Mat & Reformer Bridging
Program fee: $1,800 + HST. Additional material fees apply.
Individual Apparatus Bridging
50% of the regular course tuition, plus materials and HST.
